We trust that the service you receive; will be to your satisfaction. Whilst we make every effort to achieve this outcome, and offer you our best advice in the post procedure treatment on your new tattoo, ultimately it is up to you to take all the steps necessary in its treatment as per our advice on its correct healing. This is outlined in a information sheet and will be explained verbally by your tattooist after the procedure. Please feel free to consult with us if there are any further queries or concerns and we will be glad to be of any assistance necessary. Remember, there is no such thing as a stupid question to us, we have heard them all before.

All touch-ups must be organised or booked within a one month period!

Whether this is by social media contact or in person. You are safe if you have contacted us but we haven’t replied yet, as some cases it takes a
couple days to reply. This guarantees that the final product is still in a fresh state “as-is” once first tattooed. After this length of time, outside parameters can cause adverse effects and reactions to the tattoo, such as sun damage or usual skin blemishes such as pimples, cuts and abrasions etc. After this time period you may be charged anything from the shop minimum of $80-$100 to cover the costs of time and equipment; regardless of time taken. This also applies to tattoos that have not been looked after and/or aftercare explanations followed; as this will also affect the final tattoo.
